Our Investment Areas

We build concentrated positions on Borsa İstanbul and in global markets. Position size follows how well we understand a business, not how popular it is that month.

We read the accounts and the annual report ourselves. We work out what the business is worth, buy when the price sits clearly below that value, and then we wait. Our holding period is measured in years, not months.

We invest directly in private companies, many of them family owned. We prefer working with founders who are looking for a partner, not a buyer.

We are comfortable holding a minority stake for a long time. We want the founding family to stay at the helm; our contribution is at board level, not in daily operations.

Hospitals and clinics, diagnostics, medical devices, and the systems that run them. Because our founder is a physician, our review starts with the patient pathway, not the financial statements.

To know whether a healthcare company really works, you need to know what happens in the clinic. We also check regulation and reimbursement early; those two topics quietly end most good ideas.

We invest in software and AI companies working on problems we recognise: triage, imaging, documentation, and clinic operations.

We prefer a narrow tool that does one job well over a broad one that demos well. We run pilots with clinical partners, and we do not scale before seeing the results in the field.
